This is our personal family RV.   Please understand we need to keep it clean.   We are NON Smokers & smoking is not allowed.   (Please no candles either)

RV will come with a full fuel tank, propane tank could vary.  (we will verify usage at pickup/drop-off) 

Water tank will also be filled upon request.  Renter is responsible to empty BOTH black & grey tanks.  Please return RV with FULL fuel   (GAS) tank & replace any propane used.  A fee of $7.00 PER GALLON for either will be charged.

Pets are allowed, PLEASE clean up after them &  ALL pet hair must be cleaned up.  RV must be cleaned up!

BEST use is a campsite with electric!!

60 gallon water storage tank.

Please do not access the roof.

If you are using it we cannot so please understand this is NOT an RV Rental business, we are just allowing you to share in some fun while using our RV.

$225.00 PER DAY (3 day minimum)  

$1,499.00 PER WEEK.

$2,750.00 for 15 days 

50% of FULL RENTAL amount due at the time of reservation/booking.

$1,000.00 refundable DEPOSIT Required (due at pick-up)

$150.00 NON refundable cleaning fee.

$300.00 Charge if black & grey tanks are not completely emptied.

Gas Generator 4 hour usage per day.  Excess generator usage  $4.00 per hour.

100 miles per day included/allowed.  Excess Mileage  .39 Per mile

Renter is required to obtain insurance while using & provide proof of Insurance.   (Insurance will be obtained thru my carrier & instructions will be sent after lease is signed) This  runs  an  additional  $27-$29.00  per  day.   Additional road side assistance policy can be purchased.

Payments will be made Via Venmo/Paypal "friends & family ONLY"  Security deposit due the day of pick -up.  Any unused Security Deposit will be returned/refunded back to you within 48 hours once RV is returned.

Cancellations!

if you book 50% of the total rental is due at the time of reservation.  NO-HOLDS without payment!  The remaining 50% rental rate is due the day of pick up, along with the $1,000 deposit.

100% refund if cancelled 60 days in advance, 75% refund when cancelled within 60 days of rental, NO Refunds if cancelled within 2 weeks or less of reservation

We have the rights to deny any applicant.

Expect 15-30 minutes at pick-up to go over instructions.  Same for drop off to go over condition once returned.   Round Trip ONLY!   renter is required to pick up & drop off.
